Terminaremos mojando pan!!.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>Para ello ser\u00e1 necesario 1 kg de ternera que sea llata, harina, tomate natural, cebolla, almendras y agua.<\/p>\n<p>Pasos a seguir:<\/p>\n<p>Maceraci\u00f3n de la carne: cogeremos los cortes de llata y los pondremos uno sobre otro, poniendo un poco de aceite y si se quiere de vinagre en cada corte. Poca cantidad, un chorrito de cada. Una vez ponemos los cortes uno sobre el otro, guardamos la carne en el frigor\u00edfico durante unas horas, entre cuatro o cinco.<\/p>\n<p>Enharinamos y fre\u00edmos: cogeremos cada corte de carne y lo enharinamos y lo fre\u00edmos. haciendo que la harina no quede quemada. Esta cocci\u00f3n debe ser de segundos, 15-20 segundos. Vamos sacando los cortes de la fritura y los ponemos ya en la cazuela.<\/p>\n<p>Hacemos el sofrito: tomamos la cebolla y la doramos y m\u00e1s tarde y echamos el tomate. El resultado que obtenemos, lo colamos y lo echamos en la cazuela con la carne. La parte que ha quedado en el colador, la volvemos a la sart\u00e9n y echamos un poco de agua, que arranque a hervir y entonces la volvemos a colar y echamos el jugo a la cazuela.<\/p>\n<p>Hacemos el chup-chup: ponemos la cazuela en el fuego y ya podemos poner en marcha los fogones. Debe ser una cocci\u00f3n lenta, que vaya haciendo poco a poco durante unos 45 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>La picadura: por otro lado preparamos una picadura. Hay lugares que ponen almendras solas, en otras almendras, ajo y perejil. Haga lo que m\u00e1s le guste, esto es su toque personal. Por si tiene dudas le recomendamos ajos, almendras y un poco de perejil.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras amigos las setas: es uno de los grandes ingredientes que tenemos en un buen fricand\u00f3. Recomendamos para este plato unos setas, pero si se ponen otros, no pasa nada. Los saltear en la sart\u00e9n y cuando est\u00e9n hacia la cazuela. Las setas echarlas a la cazuela cuando empecemos a hacer la cocci\u00f3n de 45 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>El fricand\u00f3 es uno de esos platos que es mejor al d\u00eda siguiente. Por eso le recomendamos que lo cocine el d\u00eda antes de comerlo.
