En el mundo de las aves de corral somos gente muy afortunada, estamos en un pa\u00eds donde tenemos aves de muchos tipos y de una gran calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy queremos hablaros de una de ellas ya la vez muy consumida. Os queremos hablar del pollo amarillo catal\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Este amigo nuestro es un producto catal\u00e1n, donde su alimentaci\u00f3n y su confortabilidad es muy cuidadosa y controlada. En el campo de la alimentaci\u00f3n, se basa en m\u00e1s del 80% en cereales, tiene muy pocas grasas y una vez la prueba encontrar\u00e1 una gran diferencia con los pollos que venden las superficies comerciales.<br \/>\nUn pollo puede estar criado de forma intensiva o extensiva. La diferencia entre una y otra es que mientras en una el crecimiento no es forzado (crianza extensiva), en la otra imponen una serie de condiciones para obtener con el menor tiempo posible un pollo a vender (crianza intensiva).<\/p>\n<p>El pollo amarillo catal\u00e1n pertenece a la crianza extensiva. Su alimentaci\u00f3n es a base de cereales y su nivel de confortabilidad es mucho mejor que el pollo intensivo. Esto hace que la carne sea mucho y mucho mejor.
