Las hojas de los \u00e1rboles, con los colores calabazas y rojizos nos dan un gran espect\u00e1culo de colores. . Los plataneros, los almeces, los chopos, todos empiezan a desnudarse.<\/p>\n<p>Los estorninos ya se han ido. Ahora es el momento de las casta\u00f1as, de los muniatos y como no de una buena sopa o escudilla.<\/p>\n<p>En labonacarne tenemos un producto muy especial para hacer la mejor escudilla del mundo. Es nuestro pack por caldo. Se trata de un conjunto de huesos de jam\u00f3n, de ternera, carcasas de pollo, recortes de cerdo, etc, etc, acompa\u00f1ado de carne picada, de morcilla, etc, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Si hacemos una cocci\u00f3n entre cuatro y cinco horas m\u00e1s o menos, el resultado es un caldo entre 10 y 12 litros y una excelente carne para hacer una buena escudilla o para hacer las mejores croquetas del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n con esta carne podemos hacer platos muy diversos como por ejemplo este <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tv3.cat\/cuines\/recepta\/arros-de-carn-d-olla-i-safra-de-jiloca\/7500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arroz de carne de olla con azafr\u00e1n de jiloca.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este pack, podemos tener un gran caldo.
