{"id":4590,"date":"2018-06-01T21:00:18","date_gmt":"2018-06-01T21:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labonacarn.com\/el-perfecto-roast-beef\/"},"modified":"2018-06-01T21:00:18","modified_gmt":"2018-06-01T21:00:18","slug":"el-perfecto-roast-beef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labonacarn.com\/es\/el-perfecto-roast-beef\/","title":{"rendered":"El perfecto roast beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La receta del \u00abRoast beef perfecto !!!\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>INGREDIENTES<\/div>\n<div>1 llata entera<\/div>\n<div>2 cebollas medias<\/div>\n<div>2 zanahorias<\/div>\n<div>2 tallos de apio<\/div>\n<div>1 cabeza de ajos<\/div>\n<div>1 pu\u00f1ado peque\u00f1o de tomillo fresco, romero, laurel o salvia o una mezcla de ellas<\/div>\n<div>Aceite de oliva<\/div>\n<div>Sal marina y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/div>\n<div>Aqu\u00ed he utilizado un trozo de hombro (yo llata) porque generalmente es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de asar, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar chuleta de ternera. La carne debe reposar despu\u00e9s de cocer al menos media hora para cortar en rodajas finas y disfrutar de su ternura. Los tiempos indicados son s\u00f3lo de gu\u00eda, pueden ser diferentes dependiendo del tipo de horno que tengas o el tama\u00f1o de la prenda.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para preparar la carne de ternera:<\/div>\n<div>Poner la carne dentro de la nevera 30 minutos antes de introducirla en el horno.<\/div>\n<div>Precaliente su horno a 240\u00baC<\/div>\n<div>Aqu\u00ed no es necesario pelar las verduras \u2013 s\u00f3lo h\u00e1gales un lavado y trocearlas.<\/div>\n<div>Separar la cabeza de ajos en dientes, dej\u00e1ndolos sin pelar.<\/div>\n<div>Apilonar todas las verduras, el ajo y las hierbas en el centro de una bandeja de asar grande y ali\u00f1ar con aceite de oliva.<\/div>\n<div>Ali\u00f1ar la carne de ternera con aceite de oliva y sazonar bien con sal y pimienta, frotando todas las partes de la carne.<\/div>\n<div>Coloque la carne sobre las verduras.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para cocinar la carne ternera:<\/div>\n<div>Coloque la bandeja de asar en el horno precalentado.<\/div>\n<div>A continuaci\u00f3n bajar la temperatura a 200\u00baC\/400\u00baF\/gas 6 y cocer durante una hora la carne de ternera en su punto.<\/div>\n<div>Si la prefieres poco hecha, qu\u00edtala 5 o 10 minutos antes.<\/div>\n<div>Y por m\u00e1s hecha, dejarla dentro de unos 10 o 15 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/div>\n<div>Si est\u00e1s haciendo patatas asadas y verduras, este es el momento de ponerlas \u2013 introd\u00facelas en el horno en los \u00faltimos 45 minutos de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>Rociar la carne de ternera a mitad de cocci\u00f3n y si ves la verdura seca, a\u00f1ade un poco de agua a la bandeja para detener la cocci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>Cuando la carne est\u00e1 cocida a su gusto, quita la bandeja de dentro del horno y pasa la carne a una madera para reposar durante unos 15 minutos.<\/div>\n<div>Cubro con una capa de papel de aluminio y un pa\u00f1o de cocina y guardar mientras haces su salsa, salsa de r\u00e1bano picante y pudines Yorkshire.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Que os apetezca !!!<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La receta del \u00abRoast beef perfecto !!!\u00bb INGREDIENTES 1 llata entera 2 cebollas medias 2 zanahorias 2 tallos de apio 1 cabeza de ajos 1&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4128,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[60],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-4590","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-blog-es"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
