{"id":3670,"date":"2018-12-10T22:04:50","date_gmt":"2018-12-10T21:04:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labonacarn.com\/el-colesterol-bo-i-dolent\/"},"modified":"2022-03-13T12:37:39","modified_gmt":"2022-03-13T12:37:39","slug":"el-colesterol-bueno-y-malo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labonacarn.com\/es\/el-colesterol-bueno-y-malo\/","title":{"rendered":"El colesterol bueno y malo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong><span>\u00bfHablamos del colesterol?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span>Supongo que hoy en d\u00eda todo el que m\u00e1s o menos conoce o ha o\u00eddo hablar del colesterol, muchos anuncios publicitarios lo mencionan para poder vender mejor sus productos \u201cmilagrosos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00bfPero sabemos qu\u00e9 es realmente el colesterol?\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede afectarnos?\u00a0\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 lo tenemos?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>T\u00e9cnicamente el colesterol es un tipo de l\u00edpido que se encuentra en tejidos corporales (sobre todo h\u00edgado), y en el plasma sangu\u00edneo (sangre), y es totalmente necesario para el organismo ya que ayuda a la s\u00edntesis de hormonas y transporte de vitaminas nutrientes\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Realmente no es que uno sea bueno y otro malo, sino que seg\u00fan su estructura molecular pueden interferir en el cuerpo de manera diferente y el exceso de uno en concreto puede provocar m\u00e1s problemas, el otro ayudar\u00e1 a contrarrestarlo.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>PERO TENEMOS QUE TENER DE LOS DOS TIPO!!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Se llaman a nivel t\u00e9cnico:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2013 HDL (conocido como el bono), son lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad, va del organismo al h\u00edgado donde se descompone y filtro (nivel \u00f3ptimo al menos un 60mg\/dl en sangre)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2013 LDL (conocido como el malo), son lipoprote\u00ednas de baja densidad, va del h\u00edgado al organismo, tienen m\u00e1s tendencia a adherirse a las paredes de las arterias cuando se encuentran en exceso, por eso lo consideramos como malo ( niveles deber\u00edan ser inferior a 100mg\/dl en sangre y no m\u00e1s de 160mg\/dl)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ambos son importantes y totalmente necesarios, s\u00f3lo debemos procurar que est\u00e9n en armon\u00eda entre ellos, a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n y unos buenos h\u00e1bitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Por ejemplo;\u00a0para ayudar a mantener unos niveles \u00f3ptimos de los dos tipos de colesterol deber\u00edamos introducir diariamente en nuestras comidas alg\u00fan tipo de verdura cruda combinada con prote\u00ednas de calidad (carne de conejo, pollo, pescado, alguna carne roja\u2026 o algunas legumbres, lo perfecto es no abusar nunca de nada y combinarlo).\u00a0Si que es verdad que deben controlarse el consumo de embutidos o productos curados, pero tambi\u00e9n debemos\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>CONTROLAR TODOS AQUELLOS PRODUCTOS CON ADITIVOS,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span>CONSERVANTES, COLORANTES Y EDULCORANTES a\u00f1adidos,<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u00a0que perjudican much\u00edsimo, as\u00ed como las sacarinas tan usadas en dietas de adelgazamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Os recuerdo que los anuncios de productos que ayudan a bajar el colesterol, \u00a1no hacen milagros!\u00a0\u00a1La importancia de una dieta adecuada para cada caso es fundamental!\u00a0Si una persona tiene colesterol podr\u00eda ser por causas diversas (mala alimentaci\u00f3n, cong\u00e9nito, estr\u00e9s, h\u00e1bitos diarios de salud incorrectos, alcohol, exceso de estimulantes, mala s\u00edntesis hormonal\u2026), mirar caso por caso y pedir consejo y pautas correctos a un especialista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Hay dietas espec\u00edficas, suplementos naturales que re equilibran el cuerpo y lo depuran, pautas diarias adecuadas a cada persona\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>PARA M\u00c1S INFORMACI\u00d3N CONTACTAR CON UN ESPECIALISTA<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Elena Labrador (QiASalut)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u00e1ster en Dietoterapia Ortomolecular<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(Consulta en Girona y otros centros)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Naturopata i acupuntora<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfHablamos del colesterol?
